Area Manager – 2 Minneapolis Restaurants (No Nights. Seriously.)

Egg On A Roll | North Loop + Northeast Minneapolis
$28+/hr depending on experience | Full time | Reports to the COO

Egg On A Roll is a breakfast sandwich shop with an egg nobody else has: a fluffy, inch-tall soufflé egg on toasted brioche. People call it life-changing. We have three stores today, we're building toward franchising, and we need someone to own our two Minneapolis locations and grow with us.

You're the boss on the ground in the Twin Cities. You'll split your week between North Loop and Northeast Broadway, leading two crews and keeping both stores running to the same standard. This is a working-manager job: you'll jump on the line during the rush, and you'll hold the team to a high bar because you're right there with them.

You'll also be the face of Egg On A Roll around town. You'll walk into offices, gyms, and neighborhood businesses, introduce them to the sammies, and build catering relationships. If you like people and you like winning, this part's a blast.

• Run daily operations at both stores
• Hire, train, and develop your crews
• Own food cost: ordering, inventory, waste, and portioning
• Use Toast reporting to plan prep and catch problems early
• Keep both stores clean and inspection-ready
• Grow catering through local outreach and manage those accounts
• Handle equipment, vendor, and property issues
• Help open future Twin Cities stores as we grow

• 3+ years of restaurant or QSR management experience (multi-unit is a plus)
• A lead-by-doing style
• A working knowledge of labor %, food cost, and what moves them
• Serv Safe Manager certification, or the willingness to get it within 30 days
• Reliable transportation to get between stores and deliver catering
• Availability for early mornings and weekends
• Toast experience (a bonus, not required)

• No nights. The stores close at 2PM.
• $28+/hr depending on experience
