Covista seeks an experienced and results-driven leader to serve as the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Community Development. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Impact, this leader will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and operational management of strategic impact initiatives and community development programs that advance Covista's mission of empowering students to achieve their goals, find success, and make inspiring contributions to our global community.

This role requires an operational leader who can translate strategy into action, ensure program delivery excellence, manage cross-functional teams, work effectively with community partners and stakeholders, and support team development and coordination across multiple initiatives.

• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and operational frameworks, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level program execution.
• Lead day-to-day execution and operational management of impact initiatives and community development programs, while supporting in strategic planning
• Manage project implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee program delivery to ensure initiatives meet quality standards, timelines and budget requirements.
• Maintain direct relationships with community partners, NGOs and local stakeholders to support program operations, troubleshoot challenges and ensure effective collaboration.
• Provide leadership, guidance and development support to team members
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in social impact & sustainability, community development, program management, with demonstrated success in operational leadership and program execution.
