Duty Manager

The Duty Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for passengers, staff, and airline partners. This position involves managing operational issues, responding to emergencies, and making real-time decisions tomaintainoperational flow and safety.

The Duty Manager liaises with various departments, including security, customer service, and ground handling, to coordinate efforts and address any challenges that arise. Also, youare responsible for monitoring compliance with airport regulations and standards, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and ensuringa high levelof customer service and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and safe procedures
• Coordinate with various departments, including security, customer service, and maintenance, for seamless operations
• Respond to and manage operational emergencies and unusual situations
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies
• Monitor passenger flow and terminal activities, implementing adjustments foroptimalservice delivery
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issuesin a timely manner
• Supervise, guide, and support operational staff, providing leadership and direction
• Communicate effectively with airline representatives, ground handlers, and airport authorities
• Perform anyadditionalduties as assigned by management

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• 5 Years transportation/aviation operations experience
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including theuseofelectronic devices includingIPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility toacquireneeded credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights,weekends and holidays
