Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4PM - 2:30AM | Friday - Sunday, 6AM - 6:30PM

To Crush This Job
- GED or diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience needed in setting up progressive and/or stage tooling in mechanical punch presses from 45 ton to 400 ton.
- Experience using precision measuring tools needed (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
- Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners
- Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out
- Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic
- Operate machines with precision and focus.
- Spot breakdowns fast and get things back on track.
- Inspect finished parts to make sure they hit the mark.
- Adjust tools and settings as needed to keep things smooth.
