CNC Mill Machinist – Precision Aerospace & Medical Parts

What You’ll DoSet up, adjust, and operate CNC Haas Vertical Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis)
Work with Fanuc controls on tight‑tolerance parts (±.0001)
Machine a variety of materials: stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, brass
Perform set‑ups and offsets based on blueprint specifications
Conduct initial quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Calculate and adjust feeds/speeds to maintain precision
Edit programs directly at the machine
Handle extremely small parts—sometimes as tiny as a fingernail
Follow strict industry standards (
ISO & ASQ
)
3+ years of CNC Mill set‑up experience
Experience with live‑tooling or multi‑axis preferred
Ability to read and interpret CNC programs and operational layouts
Strong understanding of tooling applications for exotic metals
Knowledge of tooling requirements for set‑up and operation
Experience with pre‑setting tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 1 week PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
