- Operate and adjust semi-automatic or automatic CNC machine tools to perform standard and repetitive machining operations
- Set up and run CNC programs that are provided, with setups often created and maintained by others
- Adjust and verify CNC programs as needed to ensure proper machine operation
- Monitor machining processes and make routine adjustments with minimal supervision
- Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and tolerances
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow established work instructions, routings, and production requirements
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Maintain reliable attendance and adherence to assigned shift schedule
