This is a confidential search on behalf of a defense sector client seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support advanced production operations. The role requires a proactive professional with strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, capable of performing systems integration and process operations in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform systems integration equipment and process operations using technical expertise.
Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams; notify appropriate personnel of required changes.
Maintain and revise manufacturing work instructions in electronic instruction and reporting systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance functions on assigned manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Document processes clearly and consistently in compliance with client and industry standards.
Qualifications1 year of relevant experience.
Vantage Clear credential, active Security Clearance, or a recognized equivalent compliance certification required.
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and diagrams.
Mechanical/electrical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of defense sector work.
