HIRING FOR CATHETER ASSEMBLERS!

1st Shift | Cleanroom | 4‑Day Workweek

Build advanced catheter devices from start to finish in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility. This role is perfect for experienced catheter builders who enjoy precision work, microscopes, and hands‑on manufacturing in a growing company.

• Build catheter assemblies and full catheter builds in a cleanroom
• Read work instructions and drawings
• Assemble under a microscope using small hand tools
• Perform visual inspections and final packaging
• Document work in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems

• 3–4 years of full catheter build experience
• Hands‑on experience with bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, liner stretching, and stringing
• Comfortable using micrometers and working with small components
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Balloon catheter experience a plus

• 4‑day schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
