Welding Lead - 1st Shift - Direct Hire Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for MIG welding, TIG welding, and performing finishing work. This position requires the ability to weld in flat and horizontal positions using MIG and TIG techniques. Additionally, the candidate should be able to load and unload a robotic welder, and perform TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on 14-18 gauge material.
- Conduct TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
- Load and unload a robotic welder.
- Engage in grinding and finishing tasks as needed.
- Adapt to a variety of work assignments typical of a contract job shop.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Experience with grinding and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- MIG welding experience or a welding degree is required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
