Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor with Lean or ISO manufacturing experience. In this role, you will lead first‑shift production associates, oversee daily manufacturing operations, and drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence. This position is ideal for a leader who is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Support scheduling, labor planning, and coordination of material and equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of ISO standards, including documentation, audits, and training.
  • Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coach team members on safety protocols, standard operating procedures, quality assurance, and Lean methods.
  • Monitor and report production metrics, identifying and resolving operational issues in partnership with Quality and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address process issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, process changes, and quality checks.
  • Enforce safety policies, conduct safety walks, incident reporting, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct daily production stand‑up and shift handoff meetings.
What you will bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or a related leadership role.
  • Proven experience with ISO standards and/or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software/ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within integrated teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing processes, materials, and planning.
  • Passion for team building and driving growth within manufacturing operations.
Compensation

Base Pay Range: $59,000 – $90,000

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic where the work is performed.
