This role will examine complex, precision machined products to ensure quality by spotting defects like cracks, dents, or misalignments against set standards, using tools like gauges and magnification, and documenting findings for rework or approval. This role requires keen attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
$1000 sign-on bonus Pay Range$17-19/hour, depending upon experience.

Visually check items for flaws (cracks, corrosion, dimension issues) using naked eye, gauges, micrometers, borescope and microscopes. - Compare to Standards:
Verify products meet specifications, work instructions, or cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). - Document & Report:
Record inspection results and track samples. - Sort & Rework:
Mark defective items for repair, salvage, or scrap, and sometimes perform minor corrections with tools. - Maintain:
Keep work area clean, organized, and follow all safety policies.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contractual requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow technical documents (Standard Operating Procedures, blueprints).
- Good communication skills to report issues.
- Familiarity with quality control processes.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
