CNC Mill Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC Haas Vertical Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) with Fanuc controls. The role requires precision in holding tolerances of ±.0001 on aerospace and medical parts, adhering to stringent industry standards such as ISO & ASQ. You will work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and brass.

Your expertise in calculating and adjusting feeds and speeds will be crucial in maintaining tight tolerances on exotic alloys.

• Set up and operate CNC Multi-Axis Haas Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis).
• Edit programs directly at the machine.
• Handle set‑ups and offsets according to blueprint specifications.
• Conduct initial quality checks on machined parts.
• Calculate and adjust feeds and speeds to maintain precision.
• Work with parts as small as a fingernail.

• 3+ years of CNC Mill set‑up experience.
• Proficiency in programming and working with G & M codes.
• Ability to read and understand CNC programs and operational layouts.
• Knowledge of tooling requirements to set‑up and operate machines.

• Live‑tooling or multi‑axis experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of tooling applications for exotic metals is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
