Material Handler

Twin City Staffing is seeking a versatile Material Handler to support electronic assembly operations. This role is essential for keeping production running smoothly by preparing components and floating between all areas of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Duties of the material handler:

• Support SMT and PCB assembly by preparing and staging materials
• Store, issue, and track electronic components and production kits
• Pick and issue production kits using BOMs and pick lists
• Generate shipping and receiving paperwork using UPS and Fed Ex software
• Enter data into the ERP system and utilize RF scanners
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control
• Follow all ESD, safety, and quality procedures
• Float between all areas of the warehouse as needed

Requirements of the material handler:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of material handling, shipping, or inventory experience
• Proficiency in UPS/Fed Ex software
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory practices, and cycle counting
• Forklift experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team
