This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Minneapolis, MN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The role includes monitoring potential defects, maintaining maintenance logs, and supporting operational efficiency by reducing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications- Proficiency in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and industrial maintenance tasks
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience in maintenance & repair of machinery used in manufacturing or plating industries
- Understanding of safety protocols, quality control processes, and efficiency optimization
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or technical training in a relevant field is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred
