Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday - Sunday

As a Manufacturing Associate in Brooklyn Park, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

- Previous experience in metal working, assembly, or heavy manufacturing, construction, physical labor roles
- Reliable, punctual, and steady on attendance
- Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Solid weekly pay you can count on

- Assemble metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.)

- Communicate with the entire team to reach company goals
- Use hand and power tools
- Work within all safety guidelines
- Keep the area well organized and clean
- Other duties as assigned
