Lead Manufacturing Technician

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards, and leading a team of technicians to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and work out of Minneapolis, MN on an on-site schedule. This role supports the 4th shift:
Friday to Monday, 10 p.m.

- 8 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements and troubleshoot techniques to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.
