An innovative, fast‑growing medical device manufacturer is expanding its operations and seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support a scaling production environment. This role is ideal for hands‑on quality engineers who thrive on the manufacturing floor, enjoy solving problems, and want to help build and strengthen quality processes as production grows.
What You’ll Do- Drive or support manufacturing quality objectives, product performance, and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and lean quality initiatives.
- Investigate nonconformances, process issues, and customer complaints; support or lead CAPAs.
- Provide hands‑on quality support for processes such as sterile packaging and sterilization.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Process Development to integrate quality into new and expanding production lines.
- Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements.
Experience level determines scope of responsibility:
- Engineering degree and 2+ years (Engineer) or 5+ years (Senior Engineer) in medical device manufacturing quality
- Experience in high volume manufacturing environments (1000+ units per month)
- Proven experience with manufacturing process improvements and managing vendor issues
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Self‑starter comfortable working independently and on the manufacturing floor.

- Up to $110k base salary ($140k for Senior)
