Medical Device Assembler

Job DescriptionJoin our team in a clean room environment to manufacture various styles of French catheters. Your role will involve basic assembly of catheter components, stringing catheters, reflow, visual inspection, and final packaging of the products. You will work with small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to build these complex devices, which may include up to 17 different stages. Flexibility to work across different product lines and assemblies is essential.
Responsibilities- Assemble catheter components using small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes.
- Perform manual tasks such as braiding, stretching, and pulling catheters by hand.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Package final products for distribution.
- Learn and adapt to various assembly processes and product lines.
- 6+ months of medical assembly experience, preferably with catheter assemblies.
- Experience using basic hand tools, tweezers, cutters, and pliers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
