Production Associates – Start Immediately!

• Follow route sheets and interpret blueprints
• Apply adhesives and sealants with precision
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to IPC quality standards
• Enter and track work orders using Paradigm
• Cross‑train across multiple departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)

$20.00 – $22.50 per hour (based on experience)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
