CNC Programmer/Operator

A bit about us:We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Center Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This position focuses on machining precision mold components and specialty parts while working with tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

- Program CNC turning centers using Mastercam
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers
- Perform live tooling and sub-spindle machining operations
- Machine mold components and precision parts
- Perform manual lathe work when needed
- Complete final fit and finish of machined components
- Drill, tap, and chamfer parts using drill press equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, vision systems, and CMM equipment
- Perform in-process quality inspections
- Assist with mold assembly, maintenance, and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 2+ years of machining experience or technical training
- Experience programming with Mastercam
- Strong CNC lathe and turning center experience
- Experience with live tooling and sub-spindle operations
- Manual lathe experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings
- Experience holding tight tolerances
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
