Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: New Hope, MN

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:00PM - 11:30PM

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure continuous production uptime.
• Produce high-quality products efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Set up and start extruder equipment, checking all controls for safety and operational compliance.
• Support the weighing, packaging, and documentation processes to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and housekeeping protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ Years' experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator's License preferred.
• Manual dexterity and strong quantitative skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 pounds regularly and handling up to 250 pounds occasionally.
