Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Spot Welder to join our production team. This position involves a primary emphasis on spot welding, as well as working in assembly and various production tasks to ensure efficient workflow and product quality. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate basic hand tools and production machinery
• Perform material handling, sorting, packing, and labeling tasks
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

• Ability to stand for long periods as well as some lifting
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
• Previous experience in spot welding preferred but not required
