We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our dynamic team, working with cutting‑edge medical devices. You will rotate between various assembly lines including fingertip, hand‑held, tabletop, kit build, and regional, contributing to the assembly of Pulse and Regional Oximeters and sensors.

Responsibilities- Perform tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
- Complete all administrative functions related to business or regulatory needs.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to management.
- Provide hands‑on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Perform assembly on other lines as needed.
- Solder under a magnifying glass on small parts.
- 1 year of soldering, medical, or electronic assembly experience.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing.
- High attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements including close vision and color vision.
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in electronic assembly.
- Experience with inspection and general labor.

Work EnvironmentWork in a medical device manufacturing environment with about 50 production people. Engage in a rotating manufacturing line where assemblers move through 4-6 stations. Enjoy a cleaner room environment with the flexibility to wear one headphone while working. The first shift hours are from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
