Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday – Friday; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Operate and monitor extruder lines to ensure continuous production uptime.
• Produce high‑quality products efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Set up and start extruder machinery, checking all controls for safety and operational compliance.
• Prepare and support documentation for each production run.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift operator’s license preferred.
• Manual dexterity and strong quantitative skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
