Punch Press Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision metal stampings, washers, spacers, and shims, is seeking a Punch Press Lead to join their team. As a Punch Press Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Press Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $30.00 - $32.00/hour

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM (overtime available post-training)

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the press setup and operation processes to ensure efficient production.

+ Facilitate training for team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

+ Ensure all safety regulations are followed during press operations.

+ Collaborate with team members to optimize press room workflows and processes.

+ Maintain accurate records of training, process improvements, and operational data.

** What's Needed?*
* + Deep understanding of press setup and operation processes.

+ HS/GED Completion

+ Experience utilizing micrometers/calipers

+ Strong leadership and training abilities to guide team members effectively.

+ Familiarity with manufacturing software and processes (1+ year).

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
