Position: Molding Operator (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location:

Plymouth, MN Shift hours: 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM

Responsibilities:

Perform molding, assembly, inspection, testing, and production activities for medical devices
Work with small components using microscopes and hand tools
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Work collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong English communication (read, write, speak)
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Experience using hand tools and working with small parts
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in a medical device environment (no makeup/perfumes permitted)
Available for a 4x10 schedule (Second Shift starting at 4:00 PM) with overtime as needed

Skills:

Microscope and manufacturing/assembly experience preferred

Work Environment:

Cleanroom/medical device production environment with strict gowning and dress code requirements
