Production Associate/Racker - 2nd Shift - Will Train

As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare, inspect, process, and package metal components as they move through production.

Responsibilities include:

• Counting and preparing customer parts for processing
• Loading and positioning parts onto racks used during finishing operations
• Inspecting parts for quality, accuracy, and damage
• Recording production information and completing required paperwork
• Packaging finished parts for shipment
• Following work instructions and production specifications
• Maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This is an active position that keeps you moving throughout the shift. You'll work with your hands, stay engaged, and see the results of your work every day.

Preferred qualifications include manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or industrial experience and a high school diploma or GED. Required skills include reliable attendance and punctuality, strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, basic math skills, ability to read a ruler or tape measure, comfortable using computers or tablets for production tracking, ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors, ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift, authorized to work in the United States, and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
