Mechanical Assembler
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will contribute to exciting projects by working across various departments. We are looking for a flexible candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities- Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torques, and tape measures.
- Work off blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly.
- Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
- Package completed assemblies and fulfill orders.
- Cross-train in various departments to provide support when needed.
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in using a tape measure and power tools.
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma.

Work EnvironmentWork within a metal manufacturing environment reminiscent of an auto body shop. The role requires wearing pants (no sweats or athletic wear), short-sleeve or longer shirts, and steel-toed boots. Shifts vary between EBP and WBP departments, with potential overtime. Our non-union shop offers a dynamic setting to advance your skills.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
