Position: ASSEMBLY OPERATOR II

Assembly Operator II

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team operating high-speed automated assembly machines, including setups, troubleshooting, quality checks, and basic maintenance. 1st shift runs 4:30 AM–3:00 PM at $19.50/hr, while 2nd shift runs 2:45 PM–1:15 AM at $21.45/hr, with possible overtime available on Fridays.

Assembly Operator II Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 19.50 to $ 21.45 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:30am to 03:00pm)
  • Operate high-speed automated assembly equipment
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
  • Troubleshoot faults, clear jams, and restart production
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and document measurements
  • Complete preventive maintenance on machines
  • Replace tooling, sensors, and machine components as needed
  • Package finished products and maintain production flow

Assembly Operator II

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
