Job
Location:
Plymouth, MN (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months | Rate: $45–$50/hr (W2)
- Production floor support
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking & problem-solving
- Provide day-to-day production support on manufacturing floor
- Handle NCMR (Nonconformance) & CAPA processes
- Investigate issues and implement corrective actions
- Improve manufacturing processes, layouts, and efficiency
- Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Support process development and statistical process control (SPC)
- Mechanical Heart Valves
- 1–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in production support, quality systems (NCMR/CAPA)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes & equipment
- Medical device industry experience
- Experience with process improvement and validation
