TT Electronics' Minneapolis, Minnesota facility, is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of custom and standard magnetic components and assemblies. The Minneapolis-based site has over 50 years of design experience and specializes in the creation of innovative and sophisticated solutions for solving customer magnetic technology needs. Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday-Thursday Full benefits package is included! Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly, plus $1.25/hour shift differential, with opportunity to grow
* Assemble products according to work instructions and process documentation.
* Wind coils and perform basic assembly operations.
* Count wire turns and inspect work for accuracy.
* Perform basic soldering and meet workmanship standards.
* Use microscopes and testing equipment with assistance.
* Heat shrink tubing and complete simple varnish processes.
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
* Package and label finished products.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
* Learn and develop new production skills through training.
* Cross-train in additional work areas as needed. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes *
* Ability to read and follow written instructions.
* Good attention to detail and quality.
* Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
* Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks during the shift. Performance Expectations
* Strong attendance and reliability
* Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities
* Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Positive attitude and willingness to support production needs
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements
* Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
* Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential
* Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
* Ability to train others or assist new operators is a plus
