Duties of the CNC Swiss Machinist:
- Manage full setup and operation of Swiss machines
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T symbols
- Correct process variations and tool failures
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Ensure proper tool selection and mounting
- Input SPC data for quality tracking
Requirements of the CNC Swiss Machinist:
- 5 years of CNC Swiss manufacturing experience
- 2 years of CNC Swiss set-up experience
- Advanced blueprint reading and shop math
- Understanding of precision inspection standards
