Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
- 2nd Shift
- Location:
Plymouth, MN
- Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
- Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related assemblies.
- Ensure job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing management.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
- Support divisional initiatives in support of QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Entry-level assembly aptitude (medical device experience a plus).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic quality awareness and inspection skills.
- Reliability and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
- Microscope use required for inspection and assembly tasks.
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
- Ability to prioritize work based on precedence and importance.
- Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
- Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
Skills:
- Experience with medical device assembly.
