Medical Assembler / R&D Catheter Assembler
Join a medical device team building catheters and small medical components in a clean room environment. You will use microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, inspect, and package products while following quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble catheters and medical device components
- Work under a microscope to build and inspect small parts
- Operate braiding machines, extrusion lines, and laser equipment
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Package finished products according to instructions
- Follow work instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Verify materials and lot numbers
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- 2+ years of medical device manufacturing experience
- Experience with catheter assembly, braiding, or extrusion preferred
- Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
- Experience with visual inspection and small-part assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience working in a clean room is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
