- The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Set up and operate  Tsugami Swiss CNC machines

Produce complex, tight-tolerance medical components

Read blueprints, manufacturing specifications, and  GD&T

Verify first-piece and in-process quality using precision inspection equipment

Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain process capability

Perform deburring and secondary finishing operations

Complete routine preventative machine maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and fellow machinists to continually improve processes

- What We're Looking For Required

3+ years of CNC machining experience

Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines

Strong blueprint reading skills

Working knowledge of GD&T

Experience performing precision inspection

Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process control

Good computer skills

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Preferred

Tsugami Swiss machining experience

Fanuc controls experience

GibbsCAM experience

Ability to edit programs and write simple macros

Medical device manufacturing experience
