Pay Rate Range: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 salary

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday‑Thursday 5AM‑3:30PM with optional overtime

Position Type:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in metal fabrication preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating roll, press brake, and shear equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with metal types and forming characteristics.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
• Tolerance for noise, heat, and industrial environments.

• Operate and maintain metal forming equipment (rolls, press brakes, shears) to shape and cut metal components according to precise specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and setup requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, adjust machine settings, and perform test runs.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of metal properties, forming techniques, and blueprint reading.
