ISC Production Supervisor

Job Description

As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell in Minneapolis, you will oversee and manage production operations in the Aerospace Strategic Business Group (AERO SBG). Your role involves supervising a team of production workers, coordinating production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Supervise production operators directly.
• Drive productivity improvements and enforce compliance.
• Engage in plant maintenance program.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop employees and manage resources in a dynamic environment.
• Perform talent management and coach team on quality improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams.

2nd shift: 2 pm – 10 pm, Monday through Friday.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience, including experience leading in a union environment.
• Relevant manufacturing experience and ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Clear and direct communication skills.
• Computer literacy and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to document and train others on manufacturing processes.

Annual base salary range: $78,600 – $98,300.
