Position SummaryThe Production Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating critical support aspects of assembly production.
Shift Available1st Shift – Monday through Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm
Responsibilities- Own inventory management from warehouse to assembly staging areas and back.
- Print and stage daily work orders, Lot History Records, and labels according to product schedules and defined processes.
- Coordinate LHR activities between various internal personnel.
- Provide administrative support to the assembly supervisor and staff.
- Support product pack-out palletization and transfers to warehouse locations.
- Develop and implement standard work (best practices) to support assembly functions.
- Partner with cross‑functional staff to improve production efficiency and inventory disposition accuracy.
- Report cycle counts and conduct physical counts.
- Understand assembly needs, customer needs, and the core business markets served.
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
- Partner with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance teams.
- Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly.
- Work in a manufacturing environment.
- Hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Be self‑motivated and able to work independently and/or collaboratively with multiple team members.
- Have oral and written communication skills; leverage and engage others to accomplish projects.
- Consistently achieve short‑and long‑term business results.
- Follow through on commitments and hold team members accountable.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Prioritize and multitask.
- Continuing education, including participation in local chapters, associations, and/or organizations.
Cretex companies may use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted periodically to ensure all chemicals remain well below OSHA permissible exposure levels.
CompensationUSD 23.08 – 33.89 per hour.
This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on market‑based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
Pay Range Details:
- Production Coordinator I: $23.08 – $28.27
- Production Coordinator II: $27.12 – $33.89
