CNC Mill Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, make machine adjustments, perform inspections, and maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Edit CNC programs and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
- Make tool changes and set machine offsets
- Deburr and finish parts to meet quality requirements
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Work with production, quality, and engineering teams
- 4+ years of CNC Mill Machinist experience
- Strong CNC mill setup and operation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Experience editing CNC programs (G & M codes)
- Skilled with measuring and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Experience machining medical device parts
- Familiarity with ISO manufacturing environments
- Experience with modern CNC machines and automation
- Clean and modern machine shop

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
