You will lead Production Supervisors and teams, drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Integer Production System framework.
You will partner across functions, manage performance, and embed a culture of disciplined problem solving and standard work to achieve site KPIs and strategic objectives.
