• Assemble precision components including small electronic parts, sensors, flexible circuits, and heaters
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain strong focus and attention to detail during repetitive, hands‑on work
• Uphold quality and safety standards at every step

• Strong hand‑eye coordination and comfort working with small parts
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to doing quality work
• Willingness to learn new processes and improve your skills
• Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
• Positive attitude and clear communication

• Basic soldering experience (helpful but not required)
• Familiarity with small tools or delicate electronic components
• Ability to work well in a team environment

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
