C.O.O. Position

We are conducting a search for a C.O.O. for our client in Minnesota. Candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Food and beverage experience is strongly preferred/required. A consistently strong track record is necessary. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. An ideal candidate would also have experience in process improvement.

Candidate also needs excellent floor leadership to work in a challenging environment with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change. This is a full-time, hands-on position.
