Medical Assembler
Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling various medical devices. This position involves using hand tools and microscopes, requiring precision and the ability to learn complex processes quickly. You will work under a microscope, cross-train at different stations, and handle small components with care.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Cross-train at different assembly stations.
- Handle small components and parts with precision.
- Work under a microscope for detailed assembly tasks.
- Inspect assembled products for quality assurance.
- Participate in weekly overtime as required.
Essential Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great hand dexterity for precise assembly.
- Ability to understand measurements using rulers and calipers.
- Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly.
- Experience with microscope and cleanroom environments.
- Motivation to learn and take direction effectively.

Work Environment
Experience a full cleanroom environment at a leading medical device company. You will be required to wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash your hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
