CNC Machinist | HAAS | 1st Shift | Team-Oriented Shop | WEEKLY PAY - $30-34/hr

In this CNC Machinist role, you'll set up and run HAAS lathes and mills, work with MasterCAM, and take ownership of quality precision parts from start to finish. • Set up and operate CNC lathes and HAAS machines with precision
• Work with MasterCAM programs and assist with edits or improvements
• Inspect parts and make real-time adjustments to ensure top quality
• Perform basic machine upkeep and keep your workspace dialed in
• Jump in where needed—assembly, packaging, and general shop support
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve problems and hit goals

• CNC lathe setup and operation experience
• Familiarity with HAAS controls
• Ability to read machining instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Team-first attitude and willingness to stay flexible

• MasterCAM experience
• Experience with mills or additional CNC equipment
• Assembly or production support background

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
