** Essential Responsibilities
*** Compliance with all safety procedures.
* Operate the dryer to ensure proper bean moisture control
* Provide routine cleaning of the grain dryer and surrounding areas
* Cleans and maintains equipment.
* Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.
* Maintains inventory, records, and location of equipment and materials moved.
* Performs other duties as assigned by management.
* Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
* Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

** Minimum Requirements
*** At least 18 years old
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)
* Ability to:  + Carry 50 pounds  + Lift up to 65 pounds  + Push/pull up to 120 pounds
** Work Environment
** This is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable:
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Working around grain dust and industrial equipment
* Climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high
* Working rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Typical schedule:

* Rotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a)
* Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
