Bindery Operator
Salary: $20 - $28 per hour. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
Shift Availability- 2nd Shift: 2pm‑10pm – $0.75/h shift differential
- 3rd Shift: 10pm‑6am – $1.25/h shift differential

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bindery Operator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the highest quality production of our products in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bindery Operator in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with bindery equipment, particularly stitchers.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality products.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
