Location: Anoka County, MN (Open to relocation)

Salary: $83,000 – $104,000/year

Department: Swiss Department (Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our client’s Swiss department. This role combines programming, setup, and operation of multi‑axis CNC machines with mentorship and continuous improvement responsibilities. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a precision‑driven, collaborative environment, ensuring high‑quality components are delivered efficiently and accurately.

• Program, set up, and operate multi‑axis CNC machines
• Apply deep understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies
• Mentor and train junior operators and setup personnel
• Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulated, precision‑driven processes (medical device manufacturing)

• 7+ years of CNC programming experience with strong machining skills
• Proficiency with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑axis Swiss machines (Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16 preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results‑oriented environment
