OverviewAs a Production Racker, you will:
- Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
- Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
- Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
- Record production information accurately
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals
This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.
What to Expect on the Job:
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
- Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
- A team-oriented environment where attitude matters

- Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
