Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced embroidery machinery, overseeing the embroidery process, and ensuring the production of exceptional quality embroidered fabrics and products.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret design files and work orders to set up machines accurately.
- Monitor machines during the embroidery process to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Adjust machine settings for different fabric types and design requirements.
- Maintain a detailed record of work orders, materials used, and time taken.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to refine embroidery designs.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and cleanliness of the work area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an embroidery machine operator in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in operating multi-head embroidery machines.
- Capable of interpreting complex embroidery files and design instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good mechanical skills for machine setup and minor repairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with digitizing software and adjusting designs for production.
- Knowledge of various fabric types and their compatibility with embroidery.
- Previous work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
