Location: High-profile Union Plant, Minneapolis, MN

Starting Pay: $22.57 /hr (up to $26.96 /hr in 90 days)

As a Production Machine Operator, you'll be part of a team that powers innovation and quality every day.

• Follow all company methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations.
• Assist with line start‑up and shutdown in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with set‑up styles, including necessary adjustments, using set‑up sheets/guidelines.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at shift start and throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean line and adhere to all plant safety, quality, and attendance policies.
• Communicate as necessary with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure acceptable quality, efficiencies, and material utilization.
• Demonstrate team building and dedication.
• Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery.

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Regular, punctual attendance required.
• Basic computer skills; must be able to use computer for data collection.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Read and comprehend English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, and reach above shoulder height.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• All applicants must pass a pre‑employment physical, background check, and drug screen.

8‑Hour Schedules: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm; 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

12‑Hour Schedules: Day Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm;
Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am. Work only 15 days a month. (Not including overtime.)
